Brief History/Background of Promoters/ Management:
- The company was incorporated on 16.11.2005 by Sh. Charan Singh Saini,
Sh. Kanwaljit Singh Walia, &the other Directors with the main aim to carry on the business of real estate & properties including the purchase of real estate & development of land/premises/buildings, creation of plots for the purpose of sale, lease & also to carry on the business of colonizers & development, construction of commercial/residential buildings on a commission basis.
- The company is presently managed by a Board of Directors namely Sh. Charan Singh Saini, Sh. Kanwaljit Singh Walia & Sh. Narinder Singh who have an incredible experience in the development of the real estate. The board of Directors of the company is supported by a group of professionals in the field of real estate.
- The group is in the business for the past few years at individual levels Welland have completed one project at Zirakpur& is in the process of developing another project in Sector-112, Mohali.

Industry Scenario:
The Construction/ Real estate development is pre-requisite for economic Development which accounts for a major share of gross domestic Investment. The real Estate industry primarily comprises of Housing &Commercial Sector. The industry is highly fragmented with a large number of players, which are generally small sized. The housing Sector is primarily/ basic needs of the society, whereas the commercial sector is necessary for business and trade. The construction and real estate industry’s future is linked with the overall economy of the country and also has a direct relationship with the Govt. policies. Presently, because of its tremendous employment generation potential as a trigger for cement, steel, and other myriad industries contributing to construction as also cascading effect on the overall economy, the Government policies are geared towards giving a boost to this Sector.
The major bottleneck for the industry has been its highly unorganized and fragmented nature and the presence of a large number of small players who are not able to deliver the high-class products at reasonable prices in a clean and transparent manner. The company is already armed with CLU of 104.33 acres of land in the first phase. The company has also obtained various statutory approvals from various statutory bodies towards the development of the project. All-round construction work is in full swing.
The revised layout plan of our Sector has been considered favorably by the CTP / GMADA. The approved layout plan is expected to be released shortly. Possession of plots / SCOs (paper) is already been commenced. Physical possession is also expected to be commenced as early as possible.
The long-pending issue of road connectivity of GMADA to Sector-86 is likely to provide very soon. With this erection of 11 VK Electricity feeder line to our sector will also be resolved. Efforts are in hand to complete other pending Internal development works of our Sector as early as possible.
